Kiggly Blue Wire Mod
DSM auto wiring for full manual control and full line pressure shifts. Gear selection is controlled entirely by lever position and the 4th gear switch is only active with the lever in 3rd gear position. This works great with a ratchet-action shift lever.
Early Wiring(1990-1992)
Here are the wires needed to setup a ratchet shifter. Pins 2, 3, and 7 are completely unused here. Pins 8 and 9 are for Park/Neutral safety switch when starting. You can choose to not use these at your own risk but the car will start in any shifter position. Pins 10 and 11 are for reverse light operation. There is a blue wire in the Solenoid harness. This wire is completely unused and is not to confused with the blue wire from the shift selector that gets a Switched 12v source.

Late Wiring(1993-1998)
Here are the wires needed to setup a ratchet shifter. Pins 2, 4, and 12 are completely unused here. Pins 8 and 7 are for Park/Neutral safety switch when starting. You can choose to not use these at your own risk but the car will start in any shifter position. Pins 6 and 5 are for reverse light operation. There is a blue wire in the Solenoid harness. This wire is completely unused and is not to confused with the blue wire from the shift selector that gets a Switched 12v source. On 2Gs, there is also a red wire in the solenoid harness and it is the Converter Lockup solenoid. In most scenarios this is also unused unless you want to retain lockup along with always having a stock 2G converter. This is also at your own risk.
